The puzzle light pieces are made of 100% recycled translucent polypropylene plastic that is heat resistant, durable, flexible to work with and easy to clean. However, since it is plastic, direct and intense exposure to heat and sunlight is not recommended.

Since the puzzle light pieces are plastic, they are water proof. However, the cord is not water proof; therefore, if the puzzle light is being hung outdoors, be sure it is hung under a patio or awning. Long periods of exposure to direct sunlight could cause fading of some colors over time.

Puzzle lights can be made in many different sizes and shapes. The most popular shape is the sphere. It takes 30 puzzle light pieces to assemble a sphere. A small size sphere is 10" in diameter, a medium size is 13-14" in diameter, and a large is 17" in diameter. Extra large spheres can also be made using additional pieces. Using 120 pieces, you can create a 2 foot round puzzle light! The cylinder shape puzzle light is made from 60 puzzle light pieces and is 25" in length and 12" wide.

The cord length is 12ft. allowing it to be hung almost anywhere (ex. RV camper awning, patio, tailgating tent, event venues).

Yes, I sell custom kits designed especially for you! Choose any combination of colors, prints, or sports teams you would like. All kits include 30 puzzle pieces, a 12 ft. cord, and an LED light bulb. I can set up a Zoom meeting to teach you how to put the kit together. My customers have so much fun and are really excited when they've created their own puzzle light.
